Because our services are custom-built for each client, cancellation requests are handled as follows:

You may request to cancel your project before work has started by contacting us at info@autoaxiomai.com.
If the project has already begun, cancellation may still be possible, but you may be charged for any work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Any agreed cancellation terms outlined in a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement will take precedence.

AutoAxiomAI provides custom AI automation services. Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If payment has been made and work has not yet started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Once project work has started or a project milestone has been completed, payments already made are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
